AFRICAN AMERICAN STORYTELLING
Story telling is an ancient art form. Many cultures have preserved
their history by the oral transmission of information. Oral history is
the major focus of storytelling.
Also, storytelling facilitates learning and provides entertainment.
This African Storytelling Program fulfills all three purposes:
Oral History Learning Entertainment
The age-appropriate program is fast-paced and packed with positive,
exciting information and activities. It includes a participative mode
that gives the audience an opportunity to personally experience one
of the stories.
Assembly Format
(45-minute program, up to 500 students at a time) - $500

Classroom/Workshop Format (45-minute program) - $150
Public Library Performances (45-minute program) - $75
